How demo enquiries are handled
This overview explains what the public contact form sends and how the interactive previews work.
Scope of this page
This information covers the public marketing site, the demo-request form and the isolated sample-data previews. It does not describe all processing in the authenticated CRM; that requires separate service and privacy documentation.
Information you submit
A demo request includes your full name and work email, plus an optional company and message. The website separates your name into first and last name fields. If you enter a company, it is included as a labelled part of your inquiry message.
Purpose of the request
After verification, the website forwards the details to the Integrivo CRM as an inquiry so the team can respond about a walkthrough. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the message field.
Anti-spam verification and previews
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help check that a submission is legitimate. The server validates the challenge before forwarding your inquiry. Interactive product demos run on fictional sample records and do not change real customer accounts.
Storage, hosting and retention
A verified retention period, the legal identity of the data controller, and specific data-hosting and subprocessors for your intended deployment are not stated in the current website materials. Request these details from the team before submitting information or importing customer records.
Your questions and requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of a submitted inquiry, email hello@integrivo.com and identify the email address you used. The team can also explain available privacy and hosting documentation.
This is a scoped description of the public website, not a complete controller-specific privacy policy or a privacy notice for customer accounts. Obtain the applicable formal documentation before using the platform with personal data.
